The opening cinematic of Super Mario 3D World has been released online in high-definition glory. It sets the premise for the story of the game as Mario and friends, including Princess Peach, seemingly have to rescue a green fairy captured by Bowser. While Mario stories are usually rather shallow, the classic Mario humor is as present as ever and sets the tone for what should be a fun-filled adventure.
