My Mom’s Cardinal Rule: never leave the house without any lipstick on. I’d like to add never leave the house without mascara on as well. I can have on the prettiest dress, the fiercest pumps but I still feel completely naked without a bold lip and mascara. I always buy multiples of my favorite mascaras and lipsticks because they seem to come and go in and out of my life. I can’t be the only person that has searched forever for a lipstick only to find it in a pocket of some random purse months later.
