Tick Tock, Tick Tock! We’re hours away the clock striking 12 and the beginning of a new year. YEA!!! Glittery NYE nails are a must. I placed a call to friend and fab nail artist Karen G. to help me create Van Gogh inspired, Starry Night-like glitter ombre nails. Starry Night + Glitter + NYE… I was really feeling inspired.

Karen is a true nail art professional, working with such celebs as Selena Gomez and Gisele Bündchen, but she taught me an ombre technique that’s so simple I just had to share with you! It can easily be done at home in whatever color/ glitter combo you desire.

You’ll need three colors to create the ombre effect. I used my current favorite color After School Boy Blazer plus Hors D’oeuvres and On A Silver Platter (all by Essie).
