As the picture indicates, Justin Bieber has been giving Kelly Osbourne graffiti lessons. We know that Kelly has recently endured a break-up with her fiance, so that could easily explain this bizarre behavior. Nonetheless, she posted this picture of them via Instagram and captioned it:

“Just had so much fun getting lessons from @justinbieber on how to #SprayPaint! Needless to say I was s*** all I did was the horns! Justin is a lovely boy and have turned me into a true #Belieber tonight!”
