Pretty Little Liars’ star, Lucy Hale, will be appearing at the Girls World Expo 2014 in Raleigh-Durham located in North Carolina. The Expo is happening on January 26th from noon to 5 p.m at the N.C. State Fairgrounds. Lucy will be giving a live performance, followed by a meet and greet. Admission to this event is free of charge.
