The Princeton research that used a disease model to suggest Facebook(s fb) would lose 80 percent of its users in 3 years deserved the hammering it got – it’s simply a bad analogy for the subject. But now a bunch of data scientists from Facebook itself have stepped up to the plate, dryly using the researchers’ own methodology to prove that Princeton enrollment will have depleted entirely by 2021, and the air around us by 2060. Luckily I’m done with my studies, but I’m pretty annoyed about the breathing thing. Damn you, badly-chosen search data and your extrapolations!

Add your thoughts here… (optional)
After sporting electric blue locks since early October 2013, Demi Lovato freshened up her look upon returning to Los Angeles from her vacation in Mexico, where a little too much time in the water turned that beautiful blue to a shimmery silver. Instead of retouching the blue, she decided to switch it up entirely… to a bright, hot pink! Perfect for not only her Neon Lights Tour — which kicks off February 9th in Vancouver, Canada — but also makes for a sweet Valentine’s Day look.
Demi is looking so pretty in pink, don’t you think? Let us know what your thoughts are on Demi’s new ‘do — love it? Leave it? Would have chosen a different color? Check out another pic below:

Selena Gomez + (Pink-Haired) Demi Lovato’s Dinner Date Lovefest — See All The Pics Here!
Add your thoughts here… (optional)

Whether Selena Gomez needed a little moral support after the day’s Bieber drama or just wanted some quality time with an old friend, there’s no doubt she got it when she met up with Demi Lovato at Craig’s in West Hollywood, CA for a dinner date on Thursday night (January 23rd).
Selena dropped the controversial bindi she was spotted sporting earlier in the day — no sign of those cigarettes, either — trading the traditional Indian adornment in for some glasses upon her arrival. Demi kept some of her freshly-dyed pink hair hidden beneath the red beanie that topped off her grunge rock look as she made her way into the restaurant, but both girls had shed their accessories by the time they came out and gave each other a big hug in front of the waiting cameras.

Watch human-inspired artificial muscles move a robotic leg
People with cerebral palsy sometimes turn to an ankle brace to provide support for weak ankle and foot muscles, but it can limit their range of motion. New Scientist reports that Carnegie Mellon University researchers have developed a potential alternative: a pneumatically powered robotic brace that mimics natural human movement while also strengthening the wearer’s muscles.
