Wii Party U is being sold for $39.99 at Amazon. Originally priced at $49.99, the party game comes with a stand for the Wii U GamePad and a Wii Remote Plus, which itself costs $39.99 as a standalone product. Nintendo previously confirmed that the Wii U title will not be sold digitally via the Nintendo eShop. Wii Party U was released on October 25th, 2013.

Os ataques contra as redes de computadores são a principal ameaça que pesa sobre os Estados Unidos, à frente do terrorismo, segundo uma pesquisa feita com autoridades de alta patente e e escalão da Defesa americana, divulgada nesta segunda-feira.

Para 45% dos entrevistados, a maior ameaça é a ciberguerra. Apenas 26% consideraram o terrorismo e a Al-Qaeda em primeiro lugar. A China, que continua avançando posições, ficou em terceiro, com 14%.

Inédita, a pesquisa foi feita pelo semanário especializado Defense News. Foram entrevistados 352 altos funcionários militares e civis do Pentágono, do Congresso e da Casa Branca, assim como executivos das empresas de armamento.

Pelo menos 38,5% dos entrevistados se declararam republicanos e, desses, 36% colocaram no mesmo plano os ataques virtuais e o terrorismo, considerando-os como principal ameaça. Já 13,5% disseram ser democratas, apontando a mudança climática como principal ameaça depois da ciberguerra (21% contra 42%).

Phil Haymes, the social manager at Precursor Games, has revealed via the official forums that Shadow of the Eternals is alive and well, but gamers shouldn’t expect any exciting information anytime soon. Haymes says that the team are still assessing their options.

“We’ll be continuing to upgrade and keep the forums running and we’re taking a look at where the SOTE project is at, potential options and directions for the future as well as going over lessons learned from the campaigns.”

“We very much intend to keep the project alive and get back to production but please understand that there probably won’t be any major news or update for a while yet. We’ve got a lot of work ahead to understand the options available to us going forward and to do the best thing by the game.”
