Nintendo has released a new commercial for Kirby: Triple Deluxe. As shown in the 30-second clip, Kirby’s expandable mouth and body allow him to inhale things that are significantly larger than himself, such as a giant eel or an enormous tree. The Nintendo 3DS game launches January 11th in Japan, and it will arrive in North America and Europe later this year.

As expected, Audi gave a sneak peak at CES Monday night of what will be under the hood of its future connected cars. They’ll be connected — in the U.S. at least — to AT&T’s LTE network. Nvidia’s(s nvda) superchip will power the infotainment console. Google software will be in the dash. And Audi’s internally developed Piloted Driving technology will take over the wheel.

Audi CEO Rupert Stadler’s keynote (Check out The Verge’s live blog of the event) brought together a lot of different news buzzing at CES. The deal represents another huge automotive win for AT&T on the same day it announced plans to become a bigger force in the connected car space. Checking out twitter, a few tweets from Bella Thorne, star of Disney Channel’s Shake It Up!, showed concern about a possible imposter who is posing as her on both Skype and Twitter.

Bella says on her tweets:

“i was going to sleep but it has been brought to my attention that someone
has posed as me on skype and has had improper and misleading convo…
…with people on twitter. that’s very cruel to do to my fans and friends.
u are actually hurting people. please stop.”

Just for the record to her fans, she also states on twitter that she does not communicate via Skype unless it is during a contest and being supervised. For her, that is very rare.

Bella wishes for fans and friends to take note of her actual accounts that she posts on regularly and know those are her only official accounts.

In a move designed to ease the growing tensions between deep-pocketed Silicon Valley workers and activists on behalf of lower-income communities forced out of their homes, San Francisco mayor Ed Lee announced Monday that tech shuttle buses will now be subject to a fee based on the number of public stops they frequent, according to SF Gate. The tech shuttle buses have borne the brunt of the struggle over the income disparity within the city, and some have been vandalized during protests. The move may take some of the heat off of tech workers’ transportation choices, but it’s unlikely that tensions will dissipate completely.

Mobile shopping app maker inMarket has rolled out Apple’s iBeacon technology in Safeway and Giant Eagle grocery stores, allowing customers with iPhones(s aapl) and other Bluetooth Low Energy smartphones to use their handsets as proximity-based shopping aides as they peruse the produce. The iBeacons detect where a customer is in a particular store, sending them coupons, alerts and other informational and promotional updates based on that location. inMarket is starting in San Francisco, Seattle and Cleveland, but will expand to grocery stores in other cities in the coming weeks. Shopkick announced a similar initiative with Macy’s last year.
