Elias Washington enjoyed his first New York Knicks game Wednesday, December 11th at Madison Square Garden. He met the Knicks City Dancers, Gallant drum line and crew backstage of the Knicks vs. Bulls game. This game was a highlight to Elias’s coming events for this weekend.

Today, December 14th, Elias was invited to the Toys For Tots Christmas Bowl Toy Drive celebration on the Jersey Shore. The event took place at the Bradley Beach Bowling Alley, Bradley Beach, NJ. Tune in for the finale episode of Bet’s Real Husbands Of Hollywood December 17th, 2013 and watch him perform alongside Kevin Hart, Selita Ebanks and Duane Martin.

Um novo convênio entre a Universidade de São Paulo (USP) e a Microsoft foi firmado para a criação de um Centro de Estudos de Tecnologia e Sociedade, que terá o investimento total de US$ 720 mil por parte da Microsoft — dinheiro a ser empregado entre 2013 e 2015. Segundo a empresa de Redmond, esta é a primeira iniciativa dessa natureza firmada na América Latina e o objetivo principal é estimular a pesquisa local sobre temas relevantes na área de tecnologia e com impacto na sociedade.

Foi publicada nesta ultima semana, portaria 124 do Gabinete de Segurança Nacional da Presidência da República que cria o Grupo de Trabalho Interministerial (GTI) com o objetivo de elaborar uma proposta de plano estratégico de aperfeiçoamento das políticas públicas voltadas à segurança e defesa cibernética.

O grupo é formado por representantes dos mais variados ministérios e órgãos do governo e tem sete meses para apresentar o plano, depois do qual será desfeito. Compete ao GTI ainda “Identificar, pesquisar, coletar, analisar, consolidar e registrar informações afetas à governança de Internet, tecnologia da informação e comunicações, com base nos processos de inteligência estratégica e de elaboração de cenários”, de acordo com a portaria.
