The developers from Bravely Default have announced via Twitter that they are genuinely moved by the support that Nintendo fans have given them regarding their forthcoming JRPG. The team initially thought bringing the game overseas would be impossible as they just didn’t think the interest was there. Clearly it is, and Bravely Default launches on December 6th in Europe and February 7th in North America.

The Nintendo 3DS XL is currently being sold for $144.99 on eBay via Toys “R” Us. The black and pink/white editions of the handheld are out of stock, but a limited quantity of the red and blue models are still available. The 3DS XL is normally priced at $199.99. Slowly and surely, the U.S. is inching towards the 100 million broadband subscriber milestone. Latest figures compiled by Leichtman Research Group, a Durham, NH-based market-research firm, show that about 83.5 million folks buy broadband access from major cable and telecom companies. The data doesn’t include the number of users who subscribe to satellite broadband, wireless broadband or are like me — customers of independent service providers. In the United States, according to Ookla, a broadband speed-measurement service, average bandwidth to the home is a shade over 20 Mbps, versus Hong Kong, which has an average of about 70 Mbps.

We’ve been writing a lot lately about online journalism startups like Matter — which was acquired by Medium and just dropped its paywall — and NSFW Corp., the Vegas-based venture that just merged with Pando Daily. Both have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars and gotten a fair amount of attention, even though they have both failed to remain independent.

But there is an online media startup that is substantially larger than Matter and NSFW put together, both in terms of funding raised and in number of subscribers — and yet it gets surprisingly little attention. That’s because this particular crowdfunding success story is based in Holland. Known as De Correspondent, it launched in September, having raised a relatively massive $1.7 million in donations from almost 19,000 people.

Grandes varejistas lideram o ranking de queixas do Reclame Aqui

As lojas que estão participando da Black Friday no Brasil estão sendo monitoradas para saber a quantidade de reclamação dos consumidores. De acordo com o site Reclame Aqui, em seis horas, as cinco primeiras do ranking de queixas ultrapassaram a média de reclamações diárias.

Nesse levantamento parcial, o Extra.com.br é o líder  das queixas com 183 reclamações até as 6h, batendo o seu recorde no ano, de 135 em 25 de fevereiro. Segundo o Reclame Aqui, esse número já é três vezes superior à média de reclamações que a loja online recebeu por dia em 2013.
