It has been confirmed that a Nintendo 3DS version of Pwnee Studios’ upcoming platform game, Cloudberry Kingdom, is being developed. The game, which features procedurally generated levels, is set to release as a downloadable title for a number of platforms, including Wii U, later this summer; however, there’s currently no word on whether the Nintendo 3DS version will arrive.

Animal Crossing: New Leaf Sells Over 200,000 Copies In Less Than A Week
Animal Crossing: New Leaf was released in North America on June 9th – less than a week ago from today. Nintendo has revealed, via the official Nintendo 3DS Facebook page, that the game has already sold over 200,000 copies in North America alone. The game, which we’ve heaped praises on in our review, is available for purchase at both retail and the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS.

Aonuma Thinking About Capturing The Feeling Of Skyrim With New Zelda
Legend of Zelda series producer Eiji Aonuma has revealed that he is a fan of Bethesda’s critically acclaimed Skyrim. Aonuma was asked whether or not he was looking at any other titles for inspiration for the next generation Zelda title for Wii U. Aonuma replied Skyrim, and said that his intention isn’t to copy the game, but to create something that genuinely stays with the player. Miyamoto On E3: ‘I Didn’t See Any Games I Would Have Liked To Create Myself’
Legendary video game developer Shigeru Miyamoto has confessed that he didn’t see any titles at this year’s E3 event which he would have liked to create himself. Miyamoto was previously spotted playing PlayStation Vita game Tearaway, and presumably he played a few other games. Sadly, it seems as though nothing captured his imagination this year.
“Of course, I would like to know what they do with their machines, but there is no game that I feel the need to go see. So far, from what I’ve seen on the show this year, there does not seem to be any games that I would like to have created myself.”
