Wreck-It Ralph is officially getting a sequel. The voice actor behind Ralph, John C. Reilly, has signed on for the forthcoming Disney film, which is reportedly called Wreck-It Ralph 2. Plot details haven’t been revealed yet, but we heard that Mario may be making an appearance in some way, shape or form. The first Wreck-It Ralph was released in 2012 and features a number of well-known villains, including Nintendo’s Bowser and Sega’s Doctor Eggman.

This week’s Japanese charts are now in courtesy of Media Create and there’s a few notable new entries this week. Yo-Kai Watch Busters: Red Cat Team / White Dog Squad and Great Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Naruhodou Ryuunosuke no Bouken have entered in the charts at number one and number two respectively. However, they haven’t really boosted Nintendo 3DS sales as you might have thought they would. Still, the Nintendo 3DS is the best-selling platform shifting 28K and Wii U shifted 10K. Here’s the best-selling games this week.

Square Enix is pumping out Dragon Quest titles like nobody’s business. Not that I’m complaining. Anyway, a leak by Japanese publication Jump Magazine states that the company has a brand new Dragon Quest Monsters title in development which is named Dragon Quest Monster Joker 3 and is destined for Japan. Details are rather scarce at the moment, but no doubt Square Enix will lift the lid soon.

Here’s a nice calming bunch of flowers (Bulbine Natalensis) after the massive picture overload from two days ago.

The Chronicles Vlog #9 is a quick, one-episode look into our visit to the Pacific Northwest. There was a feature car out there that I had been looking to shoot for months now for Super Street magazine. I’ve been pretty busy so I just hadn’t had the opportunity to make the trek. With the summer season in full swing, I figured I’d have to go sooner than later so Der and I flew out for a weekend to see all that Seattle, WA had to offer. We make some quick food stops along the way as we always do and then we even organized a last minute meet in Alki Beach. There’s some great cars out there in that region that you’ll have a chance to see in this vlog.

When I daydream about my ideal classic Muscle Car, this ’69 Chevy Camaro is pretty much what I imagine. Something that embodies the essence of the flavor that made the American Muscle Car famous, but also with the right package to be an enjoyable driver.

This 1969 model Chevrolet Camaro SS 396 Convertible has everything I’d want. It’s not the craziest Camaro, but it’s not the little one either. She’s got a 396 big block under the hood, with an enjoyable 350-375hp. Not too “fast” by today’s standards, but surely enough to smoke the tires and piss off some Prius owners. For me, this sort of car isn’t about speed at this point, though. It’s about cruisin’ around and enjoying life. That’s why I was thrilled to see it had a manual tranny, a proper 4 on the floor. I know many people like automatic Muscle Cars, but I’d never have…

Pixar’s newest entry into the canon of childhood exploration, Inside Out, plunges into the depths of the emotions that drive our lives, and how out of control they can sometimes seem. Most importantly it aims to show us that it’s okay to feel all of the feelings that make us whole. Riley – the body behind the brain – is an eleven-year-old girl who has been uprooted from her happy childhood in Minnesota and is forced to start anew in San Francisco with her family. Helping Riley navigate this life-changing event are the emotions in the headquarters of her mind – Joy (Amy Poehler), Fear (Bill Hader), Anger (Lewis Black), Disgust (Mindy Kaling), and Sadness (Phyllis Smith). However, up to this point in her life, Joy has been doing all she can to keep Sadness away from Riley’s daily life.
