This week’s Japanese sales charts are now in courtesy of Media Create for December 30th to January 5th. The Nintendo 3DS firmly remains the best-selling video game hardware with 187,920 units sold. Interestingly the Wii U was outsold by the PlayStation Vita this week. Wii U sales were 60.548 while PlayStation Vita sales were 88.169. The fantastic Pokemon X & Y were the best-selling piece of software. Here’s the Japanese hardware and software charts.
